With his overall Banking experience in Product development, e-commerce and understanding client risk profiles, Oludotun excels at maximizing the “risk-reward” balance through customized product mixes. He cultivates strong collaborations with Corporate and Investment Banking teams, to craft customized solutions for Affluent clients ensuring a holistic customer experience thereby driving growth within the Affluent Banking segment.
Oludotun is also a skilled leader, guiding team members on best practices to deliver exceptional service to Affluent clients. Additionally, he champions a data-driven approach, leading the creation of customer-centric metrics and integrating quantitative and qualitative data to gain valuable consumer insights.
