TRADEDIRECT is a trade finance tool that empowers our corporate clients by allowing them to manage their cross-border trade finance processes in real time from anywhere in the world. The portal provides a consolidated view of trade transactions within the Bank via a dashboard that provides transaction insights.

It also enables corporates to engage their suppliers in real-time in respect of Draft LCs, tracking the status of shipping documents, submitting exchange control documents (ECDs), initiating FX bid requests and tracking the status of the bid request, processing of bulk settlement of Personal Home Remittances for foreign staff members of their organization, and payment and generation of customs duties and Ness fee receipts, among other functionalities that ensure an interactive experience.
